The RGJ’s Best of Reno awards highlight the area’s favorites in all categories, and La Famiglia was honored to be nominated for Best Italian Restaurant. While we didn’t take gold this year, we’re proud to share that we made it to top three!

La Famiglia was the dream of Paolo and Teresa Gaspari. It was a way to honor their Italian roots the best way they knew – by bringing everyone together to enjoy good food, great wine, and good company. In 2019, John Ekizian took over and continues the tradition of La Famiglia. We’re proud to highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients, source amazing wines, and prepare handmade meals that wow. And that’s why we’re honored to see our commitment to authentic Italian food recognized in the Best of Reno awards, particularly given the local competition.
